Welcome to the official site of the Florida JetFest.
What is the Florida JetFest? It's a gathering of gas turbine engine
enthusiests, builders and owners. Owners are able to show-off their home-made
and commercial engines, along with the various projects they may have placed
them in. Enthusiests are also welcomed to come experience the raw power
and sound of these awesome engines. This site will exhibit some of the excitment that goes
on at the meets, including pictures and videos of the various turbines and
the crazy things people put them in.
There is currently only one other known meeting of this kind that takes place in the world,
and that is in Bovingdon, U.K. This is the first known meeting of its kind
in the United States. Meets are expected to take place about 4-5 times per year.

1/28/05 - Website created. We've still got a ways to go,
